Account & Security FAQ
Passwords are hashed with scrypt and a per-user random salt. We never store or email the plain password, and changing it signs out every other session.
RFQs are visible to signed-in suppliers in the categories you selected. Contact details are only shared with suppliers you send the inquiry to. Set visibility to private and only matched suppliers see it.
No. Buyer contact details are not sold or shared with advertisers. Supplier credit checks are run against public registries, not against buyer accounts.
Ask support from the account page. Reviews you published stay attributed to an anonymous buyer, because other buyers rely on them; everything else is removed.
