How to compare products?

Select a category, add two or more products, and the comparison table generates automatically with differences highlighted.

How to contact a supplier after comparing?

Every product links to a supplier profile with website, catalog, credit score and reviews. You can visit the site directly or send an inquiry through the platform.

Can I save my comparison history?

Yes — comparisons are stored in your account, and in local storage for guests.

How many products can I compare?

Up to 5 side by side.

2. Brand Onboarding

Requirements

Business license, legal representative ID, trademark or authorization, and at least one valid product certification.

Process

Submit application, upload documents, pass review (3-5 business days), then list products and go live.

Fees

No joining fee, no annual fee and no transaction commission.

3. Account Management

Registration & Login

Register with a work email; sign in from the header at any time.

Forgot password?

Use the reset link on the sign-in page and follow the email instructions.

How to delete my account?

Contact support@comparedeals.ai; deletion is processed within 30 days subject to legal retention.

4. Reviews & Credit

How to review a supplier?

Open the quick review page after an order and rate quality, delivery and service.

How to improve my credit score?

Complete transactions, earn positive reviews and keep certifications current.

How do I appeal?

Open the credit page and submit an appeal with evidence reference numbers.

5. RFQ

Publishing

Submit a brief with category, specs, volume, target market and timeline.

Alerts

Alert rules match category, market, certifications and quantity.

Batch RFQ

One form can reach up to 20 suppliers at once.

6. Data Corrections

Found a wrong spec or an expired certificate? Send the exact URL and the correct value; we verify within 3 business days.
